PC GALAXY provides a remote support service through TeamViewer and Any Desk software, which can be downloaded from our Downloads Section of this website directly.

Download and install the software directly to your device that has the issue such as computer, Laptop, Tablet or Phone. Supply us with your unique ID and password if using TeamViewer or just your ID if using Any Desk, and we will remotely do the rest. 

A internet connection is required for remote support. (Rates Apply)
